You know that cut scene in MGS4 when Raiden beats the crap out of those Gekkos?
That's what you get to do. And then some.
The slicing mechanic feels really good. Very well done.
Actually screwed myself a bit in the demo because I got too sword happy and sliced up some stairs that I needed.
Was making me fantasize about a pure Samurai game w/ a similar mechanic.
Not futuristic, just straight up Edo jidai style adventure/drama, w/ deep swordplay.
No zombies, demons, or silly gimmicks to sell it. Just a katana lovin' academically accurate period piece.
Settling for cyber ninjas not so bad tho.
CHEERS!
Thanks and hello to all new watchers.

here is one Japanese guy very curious about this
あまりおいしくない。Just something my wife picked up at the health food store. I'd really rather be eating real sushi.
You will be happyif you taste real one!
Ah, I haven't eat sushi yet this year
Not the same as a restaurant, but we have a very nice sushi chef at the supermarket. He knows both my kid's names. So you can guess how often I give in to temptation.
BTW, there's a great documentary called "Jiro Dreams of Shushi". Have you seen it? [link]
I can guess a warm and comfortable mood, you really love sushi
I have not watched the documentary but I know it, I have read an article that says the documentary impressed many people.
BTW, I've been to Tsukiji fish market, so I loved that part of the movie. Loved all of it really.
One thing you may not know, but in Japan, sushi is very traditional. Generally sticks to classic roll ingredients. Over here, in fancy restaurants, chefs have gone crazy. Making rolls with things like tempura banana, tempura sweet potato, honeyed walnuts, asparagus, and all kinds of things you'd never have in sushi made in Japan. Like this: [link]
Jiro is the total opposite.
Actually I've been NewZealand and Canada to study English and I saw & eat that kind of sushi, like Chicken sushi.
I don't like sushi cooked by the "crazy cook" but sometimes it gives us a interesting invention.
we reimported California Roll, and we can finr them at supermarket. so I am newtral for it
Anyway I understood you really love it, probably you have more knowledge than me seriously!
Kanpai! Cheers!
